Let’s go back in time with this leavened product that takes us back to childhood. PanEvo reproposes, in a new way and with “Ammore”, the snack of when we were children, the“bread and oil”of the past. And of these it evokes all the magic with aromas and flavors of excellent cheeses and vegetables from the garden, declined in numerous traditional recipes.

The basic ingredients are, in fact, the poorest food par excellence and the Pdo extravirgin olive oil. It can be served, as an aperitif, all year round, hot or cold, in the bread basket or placed on a separate cutting board, to accompany dishes prepared by the chefs or even prepared at home.

Tartare and meats are the perfect pairings and the mix becomes superlative, as an aperitif, with sausages and cheeses, as well as with mousses and patés.
