The craftsmanship of this panettone, with a slightly salty taste with pitted single-varietal extravirgin olive oil (Itrana Azienda Madonna dell’Olivo olive variety), is ensured by natural leavening and an extremely traditional recipe. A unique product, made with sourdough, fine flours and top quality eggs and enriched by the flavor of Maida’s drained dried tomatoes, Pdo Roman pecorino and the fresh basil. It is particularly suitable as an aperitif and for any special occasion.
