The craftsmanship of this panevo, with a slightly salty flavour and organic extra virgin olive oil from the Salerno Hills PDO (Rotondella, Carpellese and Frantoio del Frantoio Torretta olive varieties), is ensured by natural leavening and an extremely traditional recipe. A unique product, made with mother yeast, fine  flours and top quality eggs, and enriched with the flavour of white truffle and Parmesan cheese that give it an original taste. It is particularly suitable as an aperitif and for any special occasion.

  • Description

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, fresh egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil 10%, natural yeast (wheat flour), parmigiano reggiano PDO (milk, salt, rennet), salt, summer truffle cream in brine, sugar, pepper, white truffle flavouring 0,1%, parmigiano reggiano flavour 0,1%, dextrose, acidityregulator: citric acid. May containtraces of nuts, soy, mustard. Store in a cool, dry place. Product subject to weight loss. Made in Italy.
