The artisanal nature of this panevo, with a slightly salty taste with extra virgin olive oil is ensured by a natural leavening and an extremely traditional recipe. A unique product, made with sourdough, fine flours and top quality eggs and enriched by the flavour of drained dried tomatoes from Maida, cheese, fresh basil and a sprinkling of Maldon salt on the surface. It is particularly suitable as an aperitif and for any special occasion.

Ingredients: wheat flour, fresh egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour), salt, pepper, drained dried tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano POD, dextrose, natural flavors, basil, acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain traces of nuts, soy and mustard. Keep in a cold and dry place. Product subject to weight loss. Produced in Italy.
